True Gesso wants you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that we have provided. We carefully inspect each board that is sent to you. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Boards must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days for refund. If we have made a mistake, or the product you received has been damaged in transit, we will pay for the product's return. Return freight on problem orders must be coordinated with a member of our staff prior to return or they cannot be refunded.

No returns or refunds on custom panel orders.

If you receive a damaged package, if at all possible, please photograph the unopened package prior to opening it as that helps us to collect from the carrier. If you have made the mistake, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Exact freight is charged on exchange orders. Please do not send prepaid envelopes.
